“Diversity: the art of thinking independently toghether.”
This multifaceted phenomenon has as objective the creation and maintenance of an environment where differences – visible and non-visible, are valorised and respected in order to increase individual contribution. Sounds like wishfull thinking, right?
Well, it’s not. Let’s see this complex management of differences from a completely new perspective: how to evolve together as free, unique and authentic beings, in all types of situations and in times of huge internal transformation. It’s all about expectations, fears and doubts, about mirroring, projection and acceptance; about giving others the right to be who they want to be, in every given moment.
“As we have no immediate awareness of what other men feel, we can form no idea of the manner in which they are affected, but by conceiving what we ourselves should feel in the like situation.” Adam Smith. The Theory of Moral Sentiments.
Workshops are always custom-made and depending on complexity can vary from 3 hours to 3 days of practice. Groups have minimum 6 people.
