Cultivating Emotional Conscience is simply reaching out to our inner natural state of well-being. We all have an amazing potential of clarity, satisfaction and love, just like all the other human virtues. That is actually our natural state and cultivating them is simply practicing awareness.
The main obstacles to this practice remain the limiting beliefs and the attachments: fear, anxiety, furry and the rest of the negative emotions that we daily allow into ourselves. Believing that happiness and self fulfillment exist in the external, outside ourselves, that is what’s keeping us from evolving further. With such an approach we can remain victims of our own created suffering.
By understanding how our mind works, for or against ourselves, we can learn to recognize pozitive emotions, but also negative ones. My invitation is to learn how to reduce the ones that poison us and to develop those that bring happiness to ourselves and others.
The essence of evolving is courageous compassion: eliminating resistance to make room for wisdom- seeing the reality through the lens of love and compassion- thinking in terms of „eons” as Dalai Lama often sais.
