“It is a great irony that millennials are the biggest and most talked-about generation ever, yet they are also the most misunderstood”
They say this generation is currently taking over the world by seeding storm, being hyper-connected and technology-addicted. They revolutionize the way classical concepts such as “job, efficiency or loyalty” are perceived.
This is a workshop of getting to know them and finding ways of benefiting the most from their new, upgraded views. I see them as transparent, ultra-exposed, sometimes confused, but aware of their potential and possibilities, visionary, but dependent, as they simulate pseudo-lives in the virtual environment. Is as if they simultaneously live several lives, experiment more that we have had access to in the generations before them.
We met them in real life, as some sort of Skywalkers that have everything accessible by one click only, yet unable to give a full Reset from time to time, enough to allow themselves to get to know their true version, to be able to accept and choose to say No or to adhere in certain occasions to the traditional ways of doing things.
